Testing Requirements:
Sequence must be correct without error. Flow must be present, no jerking or stopping.Demonstrate 6 Punch drill at 120 BPM. Up to 3 restarts permitted during test.Must have appropriate training uniform for class.Complete 2 sets of 10 press ups with correct form.Complete 2 sets of 10 sit ups with correct form.Recite Dojo Kun 1-5 (kids & adult versions). Must memorize and recite correctly.
