Testing Requirements:
Sequence must be correct without error. Flow must be present, no jerking or stopping.Sequence must be present without error. Flow must be present, no jerking or stopping.Able to respond to pushing and pulling during Noodling without losing balance. Demonstrate for 3 minutes, 3 restarts permitted.Able to demonstrate grab releases from a variety of positions. Demonstrate for 3 minutes, 3 restarts permitted.Able to transition from grab releases to noodling and other drills, then return to noodling as called.Complete 4 sets of 10 press ups with correct form.Complete 4 sets of 10 sit ups with correct form.
