What to Bring

  • Comfortable clothing you can move in (trackpants and t-shirt are fine for beginners)
  • Water bottle
  • A willingness to learn

First Time?

New students are welcome to come and watch a class before joining in. We offer 10 free trial classes so you can experience what we do before making any commitment.
